Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better called Gugu Mbatha-Raw is an internationally renowned British stage and screen actress who gained popularity after she was a part of the 'Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) series aired on the BBC channel. Gugu earned a significant amount of recognition for her role as Tish Jones, who was the younger sister of a major character called Martha Jones, in the television series. Her fans loved her cheerful enthusiasm and she had nothing stopping Gugu to have a successful acting career! The actress also appeared on other British theatre and television shows. The performance she made as Belle (2013) on the British period drama 'Beyond The Lights' as well as her outstanding role in the romantic drama "Beyond Lights' has been praised by reviewers. Additionally, in American productions, she has been featured in TV shows such as "Undercover" and "Touch" and "Touch" as well as in Tom Hanks' comedy film "Larry Crowne". Gugu Mbatha Raw appeared in the play "Nell Gwynn" by Jessica Swale as an actress and also as the mistress of the king Charles II. Chelsea Joy Handler is a New Jersey native born in Livingston on 25 February 1975. The family was comprised of six family members of which Chelsea Joy Handler as the youngest. Handler was the child of a salesman as well as a domestic worker. Her mother is a German who emigrated to the United States from Germany in 1958. Handler was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1989 and was able to die after fighting the disease for ten years. Handler was brought up in Reform Judaism by her father, who was Jewish. Handler was born in a thriving neighborhood and was a very happy child. When she was 19 and was able to move in Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Handler began her career as an actress in order in order to provide for her. Handler at the time was at the age of 21 made the decision to specialize in stand-up comics full time when she discovered her story telling skills. Handler began her professional career with the Oxygen Network's Girls Behaving Badly which was a reality program with concealed cameras and practical jokes. Between 2002 and 2005 the show aired. Handler began appearing in various other programs, including Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler was also a a corresponded host on The Tonight Show. Handler got her big break in 2006, when she started producing her own TV show on E! named The Chelsea Handler Show. It ran for two seasons. Handler later performed in the US in the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have broadcast her stand-up comic performance. It was announced in 2010 that she would host MTV's Video Music Awards in 2010. MTV Video Music Awards 2010. This made her the only woman to host VMA's after Roseanne Barr.
