Mary McDonnell
Mary Eileen McDonnell, born April 28th, 1952 was an American actress who appears on stage, TV, and film. She received Academy Award nominations for her roles as Stands With A Fist in Dances with Wolves and May-Alice Culhane in Passion Fish. McDonnell is most well-known for her role in Battlestar Galactica as President Laura Roslin, First Lady Marilyn Whitmore, and Rose in Donnie Darko. In the seasons of 5-7 McDonnell was a part of the cast as Captain Sharon Raydor and in Major Crimes spin-offs on TNT.
